"You do the work. You build the relationships. You show up for students every single day. So why are others taking a cut of your pay? SLP Access was built because too many amazing therapists are being underpaid, overworked, and overlooked. You deserve to choose when and how you work—and to keep what you earn. This platform was made to put the control back in your hands."
— Jennifer Bradley, M.S., CCC-SLP Founder of SLP Access
SLP Access is a platform that connects licensed speech-language pathologists directly with school districts—no agencies or third-party contractors. You create a profile, you set your rate, schools post jobs, and you apply for what fits your schedule. You keep 100% of your pay!
Traditional staffing companies take a large cut of your pay, limit your flexibility, and often treat you like a number. With SLP Access, you control your rate, choose your hours, and work directly with the school—keeping 100% of what you earn. SLP Access cuts out the middleman.
Yes! You choose your hourly rate based on your experience, licensure, and preferences. Schools can see your rate upfront—there are no hidden cuts or negotiations behind your back.
Yes and no. While SLP Access is available to all SLPs and schools, we are currently prioritizing outreach to schools in Michigan, Florida, and California. This means that there may not be many job opportunities in other states just yet. However, you can still create your profile and refer schools in your state to the platform. As we expand, we’ll notify you when new opportunities are available in other locations.
Not necessarily. You can be a private contractor, part-time employee, or someone looking for side work. The platform is designed to be flexible for all types of working SLPs.
After you submit your timesheet, the school approves your hours. Once approved, payment is released to you via our secure system—typically within 3–5 business days.
You’ll find flexible opportunities including in-person, hybrid, and teletherapy roles—part-time and full-time. You choose what fits your availability and expertise.
Absolutely. You’re free to accept as many jobs as you want—as long as it fits your availability. Some SLPs use SLP Access to build a flexible, part-time caseload across districts.
We’re starting in Michigan, Florida, and California first—because we believe in doing this the right way.
If you're a licensed SLP in one of these states, you can be among the first to search for jobs, set your own rate, and get paid what you're worth—no agencies, no markup, no middleman.
Spots are limited for our early access group, so don’t wait to join the movement.
SLP Access is expanding state by state, and we’ll be adding more states soon!
If you’re not licensed in MI, FL, or CA yet, you can still join now and create your profile. While we may not have schools in your state yet, you’ll be on the early access waitlist and the first to know when we open in your area.
