By submitting a job request through the SLP Access platform, the School or District (“you”) agrees to the following terms, which constitute a binding agreement between your organization and SLP Access LLC (“Platform Provider”).
By using the SLP Access platform, you agree that any SLP discovered, introduced, or engaged through the platform will be hired and managed exclusively through SLP Access for the duration of the engagement.
You also agree not to engage or pay any SLP found through the platform outside of it, whether directly or via third parties, for a period of 12 months from the initial match or hire date.
You agree to use SLP Access’s built-in payment system (via Stripe Connect) to process all payments to SLPs.
SLPs will submit weekly timesheets through the platform, which you will review and approve.
Once hours are approved, SLP Access will process the payment directly to the SLP on your behalf.
A $3.00/hour platform fee will be added to the SLP’s hourly rate.
The SLP’s rate will be clearly communicated to you before the start of services.
SLP Access will handle all 1099 filings for SLPs paid through the platform.
You will not be responsible for tax documentation related to those SLPs.
You will receive digital receipts and records for your own bookkeeping.
This agreement remains in effect as long as you engage any SLPs through SLP Access. It automatically renews for future engagements unless terminated in writing with 30 days’ notice.
In case of breach (e.g., bypassing the platform to hire directly), SLP Access reserves the right to pursue a placement fee of $1,500 or $3.00/hour projected over the next 6 months, whichever is greater.
SLP Access connects your school with licensed professionals and facilitates payment. It does not supervise the clinical work of SLPs. You retain responsibility for day-to-day oversight of any contracted SLP.
By checking the box and submitting a request through the SLP Access platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms on behalf of your school or district.
