By submitting your profile through the SLP Access platform, you (“Contractor” or “SLP”) agree to the following terms, which form a binding agreement between you and SLP Access LLC (“Platform Provider”).
Any school, district, or organization discovered, introduced, or matched through SLP Access must be engaged exclusively through the platform for a period of 12 months from initial introduction or placement.
SLPs may not contact, negotiate with, or accept direct work from any school found through SLP Access outside of the platform without written permission.
All hours worked must be submitted using SLP Access’s approved timesheet system.
You agree to receive payment only through the SLP Access platform (e.g., via Stripe Connect).
Direct payment arrangements with schools are not permitted while working through the platform.
You will be paid at the hourly rate you set and agree to prior to being matched.
Payments will be processed weekly after school approval of submitted hours.
SLP Access does not deduct from your hourly rate; schools pay a separate platform fee.
You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of SLP Access or any school.
SLP Access will issue a 1099-NEC if you are paid more than $600 through the platform in a calendar year.
You are solely responsible for:
Reporting income to the IRS
Maintaining active licensure and professional liability coverage
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree not to share proprietary information related to schools, SLP Access processes, rates, or contact information with third parties without written consent from SLP Access.
This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. However, the exclusivity and payment-use clauses remain in effect for 12 months following your last engagement via the platform.
