Why We Exist

Because schools are struggling to fill positions—especially in special education.

Because SLPs are overworked, underpaid, and often left out of decisions that affect their careers.

Because there’s a better way—and we’re building it.

We Believe

SLPs deserve autonomy. No more mystery pay rates or buried contracts. You decide your value—and keep more of what you earn.

Schools deserve simplicity. No more inflated agency fees or long hiring delays. Get matched with qualified professionals who are ready to support your students.

Students deserve stability. No more inconsistent staffing or endless turnover. Just solid services from dedicated SLPs.

What Makes SLP Access Different

Meet Jen

Jennifer Bradley is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who turned her passion for helping others into a new kind of business. She worked in public schools and contract jobs across Michigan for over ten years. Jennifer loved helping kids, but she kept seeing big problems in the system.

She, like many SLPs, started to notice the same problems happening over and over. Contract SLPs didn’t get to choose where they worked or how much they got paid. Some didn’t even know how much the schools were being charged for their help. At the same time, schools were spending a lot of money on staffing companies—but still having a hard time finding good, reliable help.

Jennifer talked to SLPs who wanted to work on their own terms but didn’t know how to connect with schools. She also spoke with school admins who were trying to do more with less money.

That’s why she created SLP Access—a place where schools and SLPs can connect directly. No middlemen. No confusion. Just simple, fair, and affordable solutions for everyone.

Her goal is to help SLPs take control of their careers and help schools find great people—without the high costs or headaches.
